Haveri district correspondent of Kannada daily Prajavani, Manjunath M.C., was killed in a accident in Davangere district on Wednesday night.
Manjunath (30) was on his way to his sister’s house at Holalkere on his motorcycle when he was hit by a tractor near Kodaganuru on PB Road. According to the police, he was killed on the spot.
A native of Shivamogga district, Manjunath had recently shifted to Haveri on transfer from Bengaluru. He is survived by his parents, a brother and sister.
