The Karnataka government will formally launch the process of loan waiver by issuing debt-relief certificates on Saturday in Sedam and Doddaballapur taluks, which have been chosen for the pilot. Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy will participate in the programme in Doddaballapur, while Social Welfare Minister Priyank Kharge will initiate the process in Doddaballapur.
