Chaitanya Kulkarni, past president of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Belagavi has been unanimously elected as Hon. Secretary of CREDAI Karnataka at the annual general body meeting held in Bengaluru recently.

“It is a matter of honour and pride for our Belagavi chapter of CREDAI that its member will now represent it at the state-level and hold an executive post for a tenure of two years (2015-17),” said a release issued here on Thursday.

Mr. Kulkarni was instrumental in the formation of “The Belgaum Builders and Developers Association”, now enjoying affiliations with the two national-level organisations - Builders Association of India (BAI) and CREDAI.
