The centenary of Our Lady of Health Church would be held at Shirva in Udupi district from January 29 to 31.
Addressing presspersons in Shirva on Saturday, Rev. Fr. Stany Tauro, parish priest, said that the church was constructed, under the Gothic style of architecture, in 1915.
The inauguration of the celebrations will be held at 9.30 a.m. on Thursday.

The Eucharist will be held at 4 p.m. on January 30. Antony Fernandes, Bishop emeritus of the diocese of Ballari, will be the chief celebrant.
Valerian Mendonca, Chancellor of Udupi diocese will offer the homily. Denis Moras Prabhu, Vicar General of Mangaluru diocese, will be the guest of honour.
