Students who have passed second PU exam can attend it

The Hindu Education Plus Career Counselling session, 2015, will be held at the MBA seminar hall on the premises of Siddaganga Institute of Technology in Tumakuru on May 24 at 10 a.m.

The programme has been organised by The Hindu Education Plus for the benefit of students, who have passed second year PUC examination in science stream to help them choose their career and pursue their education in the chosen field.

Students can get information about various opportunities available in different fields like engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, veterinary science and poultry science, degree and other courses and their scope.

The programme will be inaugurated by Director of Siddaganga Institute of Technology, M.N. Chennabasappa. Shivakumaraiah, Principal, Siddaganga Institute of Technology, will provide information about various opportunities and courses available in the field of engineering.

Degree courses

Arham Faraaz from CIGMA, Bengaluru, will speak on degree courses which have a lot of scope in today's world. He will also provide information on the job opportunities available in these fields.

CET Co-ordinator, A.S. Ravi will speak on the process of online-counselling and seat sharing.

He will provide information on how to choose a college, how to choose a branch in case of engineering, documents to be carried by the studentswhile going for online counselling and other details. At the end of the programme, there will be an interactive session with experts to help students clear their doubts.
