BJP will come to power in 2018, says Eshwarappa

Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council K.S. Eshwarappa on Tuesday exuded confidence in the BJP coming to power in the State after the 2018 Assembly polls and party’s State president B.S.Yeddyurappa would be the Chief Minister.

Mr. Eshwarappa was here to visit the Hasanamba temple. Reacting to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s recent statement that he would be CM again, Eshwarappa said, “Congress State president Parameshwara himself opposes CM’s statement. Meanwhile, he said that reports suggesting his exit from the party were baseless and that the party, for him, was like his mother.
