Amit Shah visits Krishna Mutt in Udupi

BJP president Amit Shah and former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa at the Sri Krishna Temple in Udupi on Wednesday.

Amit Shah, President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) visited the Sri Krishna Mutt/Temple in Udupi on Wednesday and offered his prayers. Vidyadheesha Tirtha Swami of Paryaya Palimar Mutt, B.S. Yeddyurappa, former Chief Minister, and Nalini Kateel, MP, were among those present.

Earlier, Mr. Shah inaugurated the Rama Dhama commercial-cum-residential complex of Palimar Mutt near the Rajangana parking space here.

Speaking after offering prayers, Mr. Shah said that he was happy to have darshan of Lord Krishna. “I am happy to visit Sri Krishna Temple. I feel gratified,” he said.
