Naidu hangs out on Google

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, who is known to be tech-savvy, interacted with people on ‘Google Hangouts’ on December 20. During the hour-long interaction on Saturday, Mr. ChandrababuNaidu said that his dream was to make India a destination for education.

A day will come when people across the globe would be aspiring to pursue their education in the country.

The government was working on improving quality of education, including primary and higher education, in the State, Mr. Naidu said.

People from Andhra Pradesh are talented and have been working across the globe in various capacities. Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, is one such example. There is no dearth of capable people here.

The only thing required is quality education and a platform to showcase their talent, he said.
