As part of the Clean Kozhikode project, the sub-committee for source-level waste management has decided to check if apartment complexes, business centres, hotels and hospitals in Kozhikode City had necessary arrangements to process waste at source.

The committee also decided to clean all educational institutions in the city limits with public participation and to form Sanitation Clubs at all institutions.

A meeting of the heads of all educational institutions in the city, including professional colleges, has been convened on December 29.
The meeting will be held at 2.30 p.m. at the Kozhikode Town Hall, a press release said.
