Jagan announces candidates

YSRC leader Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy commenced his tour of Visakhapatnam district late on Tuesday evening at Narsipatnam by holding a road show.

Mr. Jagan announced that Gudivada Amarnath, son of former Congress Minister late Gudivada Gurunatha Rao, who was with the TDP till a few days ago, would be the party’s candidate for the Anakapalle Lok Sabha seat. Party’s coordinator for Narsipatnam Assembly segment P. Uma Shankar Ganesh would contest for the Assembly, he said. Mr. Ganesh is younger brother of director Puri Jagannadh.
