Cottonfab-2011 exhibition begins

Mayor Pulusu Janardhana Rao inaugurated the Cottonfab-2011 exhibition, being organised by Awadh Hathkargha, Hastshilp Evam Gramodyog Samiti, at Prahlada Prayer Hall on Friday.

As many as 60 artisans from different states are showcasing their products at the 11-day exhibition aimed at promoting handicrafts and handloom textiles. The samiti was conducting the exhibition-cum-sale of quality handicrafts and handloom fabrics for the first time in Visakhapatam city, samiti secretary Javed Alam said.

The exhibition will be open from 10.30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
