How does this reflect in the workout programme you developed?
This philosophy reflects in Prowl as well, which started out as a workout programme for everybody. We have beginner and intermediate levels at Cult. Eventually, as people progress, we will create an advanced programme.

What’s the secret to sticking to your programme?
You have to make short-term goals, ones you know you can reach. That will put you on track to fitness, a little by little each session.
What would you tell people who are just getting into fitness?
The key for beginners lies in the kitchen. That’s where healthy living starts: with what you eat. Once you are clean internally, it makes the journey towards fitness a lot easier. My own diet is pretty balanced: 50% protein and 40% carbohydrates.
