A blueberry smoothie could perk up your spirits

Blueberries are perennial flowering plants with indigo-coloured berries, native to North America. Blueberries have the highest anti-oxidant value among fruits. Antioxidants could help prevent heart disease and even cancer. Blueberries are very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. They are a good source of dietary fibre, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Manganese. They may help lower cholesterol and relieve symptoms of depression. The chlorogenic acid in the berries could help control blood-glucose levels in type-II diabetes.

Now, for a recipe.
