With a comprehensive victory over Papua New Guinea, India made it to the last eight stage of the under-19 ODI World Cup in New Zealand.

Stan Wawrinka, Angelique Kerber and Maria Sharapova were some of the other big names to make their progress to the second round of the year’s first Grand Slam event.
