Sam Groth hit the serve at 1-1, 30-all in the first set against Roger Federer.

Sam Groth has hit the second-fastest serve ever recorded at Wimbledon, a 236 kph winner against Roger Federer on Centre Court.

Groth hit the serve at 1-1, 30-all in the first set against the seven-time champion. Federer got his racket to the ball, but couldn’t return it.

It narrowly missed the Wimbledon record of 238 kph set by Taylor Dent against Novak Djokovic in 2010.
