Empress Of Rome (Kabdhar up) won the Madras Gold Vase, the main event of the races held here on Wednesday (Feb. 3). The winner is the property of M.A.M.Ramaswamy Chettiar of Chettinad Charitable Trust and is trained by R.Foley.
