Outer sand:

1,000m: Super Speed (rb) 1-17, 600/44.5. Worked well.

1,200m: Aristos (rb) 1-28, 1,000/1-12, 600/43.5. In fine shape. Pelikano (rb) 1-33.5, (1,200-600) 41. Eased up. Storm Chaser (rb) 1-26, 1,000/1-11.5, 600/43. Strode out well. Cassandra (Ashok Kumar) 1-29, 1,000/1-13, 600/43.5. In fine trim.

1,400m: Saptashwa (A. Velu) 1-42, 1,200/1-26, 1,000/1-12, 600/45. Moved fluently. Sarang (Harsha) 1-43, (1,400-600) 51. In pink of condition. Ciboney (rb) 1-42, (1,400-600) 56. Eased up. Man Down Under (rb), Alpha Baby (Ashok Kumar) 1-43.5, 1,200/1-27.5, 1,000/1-12.5, 600/43. Former moved better. Angelfire (Ashok Kumar), Carabinieri (rb) 1-42.5, 1,200/1-26, 1,000/1-10, 600/40.5. Former started six lengths behind and finished eight lengths ahead.

1,600m: Conceptual (rb) 1-59, 1,400/1-43, 1,200/1-28, 1,000/1-13, 600/43. Moved impressively.
