India has selected a strong squad, including last year’s world championship medal-winning sisters Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari, for the Asian wrestling championship to be held here from April 18 to 22.
The squad: 48kg: Priyanka Singh, 51kg: Vinesh, 55kg: Babita Kumari, 59kg: Geeta Phogat, 63kg: Geetika Jakhar, 67kg: Navjot Kaur, 72kg: Jyoti; Chief coach: O.P. Yadav, Coach: Kripa Shankar.
