Nandu Natekar was conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award by badminton equipment manufacturer Thwack at the Bombay Gymnkhana here on Sunday.
“To receive a lifetime award is a great feeling. Even after so many years, people still remember me and it is a great honour that Thwack has selected me for this award,'' Natekar said.
Cue sport maestro Michael Ferreira presented the award to Natekar at the conclusion of the Thwack inter-club badminton carnival.
