Indian boxers Pinki Rani, S. Sarjubala Devi and M. Meena Kumari posted wins in the preliminary round matches of the International Boxing Association women’s world championships on Tuesday.
While Pinki beat Si Haijuan of China in the 51kg category, Sarjubala defeated German Jesus Sousa Grazieli in the 48kg competition and Meena defeated Gebremedihin Felekech Seifu of Ethopia in the 54kg event.
