Karan Taunk, India’s top-ranked amateur golfer, has been named in the Asia-Pacific team for the Bonallack Trophy at the KGA course here later this month.

“I will play at least 2-3 rounds at KGA before the week of the event to get a fair idea of the fast-paced greens and course conditions,” Taunk said.

“I have played with other team members like Chieh-Po Lee (Chinese Taipei) and Taylor MacDonald (Australia) in the past. I’m quite excited.”
