Pankaj Advani could not replicate his billiards performance in the snooker event as he lost 1-4 to Junhui Ding of China in the pre-quarterfinals at the Asian Games here on Friday.
Advani, who won the gold in billiards singles, found it hard to compete with the top-seed Junhui and lost 11-100, 86-0, 1-84, 0-88, 7-88 in the men’s snooker singles.
India has so far won three cue sports medals at the Games.
