Jeev slips to 99th in rankings

Jeev Milkha Singh remained the highest-ranked Indian golfer in the world but the seasoned pro was on the verge of slipping out of top-100 after going down 10 places to 99th in the latest list issued on Monday.

Jeev, who missed the cut at last week’s Crowne Plaza Invitational, now moves to Dublin, Ohio where he would play in the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club this week.

Among other Indians, rising star Gaganjeet Bhullar is the second occupies the 150th place followed by Shiv Kapur (221st) and Jyoti Randhawa (279th).

Kapur and Randhawa, along with SSP Chowrasia missed the cut after returning over-par cards in the second round of an European Tour event in Madrid last week.
