K. Rajini of Moto-Rev India continued his dominant showing by winning the second race in the Group ‘A' Super Bikes 600 CC Open category in the fourth round of the FMSCI National motorcycle racing championship at Irungattukottai near here on Sunday.
R. Deepak and Rohit Giri of Preethi Racing finished second and third respectively. M. Gautham, who came third in the first race on Saturday, failed to finish. The race began as a tight contest with Deepak breathing down the neck of K. Rajini in the first five laps.
However, Rajini maintained his composure to seal the race almost 10 seconds ahead of Deepak. With this win, Rajini has 70 points and remains atop the championship standings in the Super Bikes category.

Deepak is close on his heels with 64 points. The fifth and final round of the championship will be held here between September 30 and October 2.
