Armaan Ebrahim drove an excellent race at the Donnington Park - Grand Prix Circuit to finish eighth out of 24 cars in Race 1 of the Formula 2 Championship and gained one more championship point.

Starting 12th on the grid, Armaan had a good dice with the cars ahead of him and after making two places at the start, Armaan then battled it out with Jason Moore. Having finally passed Moore and another car, Armaan settled in 8th place.

After six laps, Armaan confronted a wobbling front wheel which started to vibrate very badly making driving a difficult exercise.

Still, Armaan gained a good and completed the race without further damage. Race 2 however ended in the first lap itself with D’Marco hitting Armaan from behind and breaking the drive shaft.

“It was really good to finish in the points again,” commented Armaan.
