Ecuadorian president Rafael Correa is very supportive and proud of his national team’s 2—1 win over Honduras in a Group F clash at the FIFA World Cup on Friday.
“Regardless of the outcome, we are proud of our team,” Correa tweeted, reports EFE .
Ecuador grabbed their victory after losing 1—2 to Switzerland in the opener.
