Chirag United holds Viva

Viva Kerala failed to hold on to an early second-half strike and allowed Chirag United to share points in an ‘I'-League football match here on Sunday.

Viva ended its campaign with 28 points from 26 matches with six wins, 10 draws and as many losses. It was Chirag's 14th draw in 25 games. It won five and lost six for 29 points.

The talented Jeje Lalpeklhua netted a hat-trick as Indian Arrows beat Mohun Bagan 5-4 in the concluding encounter at the Tau Devilal Stadium.

Mohun Bagan's Subair Murithala Ali also scored a hat-trick albeit in a losing cause.

Bagan completed its engagements with 34 points from 26 matches while Arrows finished with 29 points.
