Arsenal has been dealt a blow in the race for the English Premier League title with midfielder Aaron Ramsey expected to miss up to six weeks of action because of a thigh injury.
The Wales international, who has been a key element of Arsenal’s resurgence this season, was injured in training.
Manager Arsene Wenger said, “Aaron Ramsey will be out for four to six weeks. I count six weeks. We are still trying to bring one body in because of Ramsey’s setback and (Mathieu) Flamini’s suspension.”
