The scores: St. John’s School 100 in 25.1 overs (R. Sushane 35, S. Kishan Kumar 31) lost to Vyasar Vidyalaya 101 for no loss in 12.1 overs (Santhosh Shiv 44 n.o., D. Karthick Sriram 43 n.o.).

Nellai Nadar HSS in final

Nellai Nadar HSS entered the final of the Friends inter-school cricket tournament defeating Sankara Vidyalaya (Pammal) by nine wickets.

The scores: Semifinals : Sankara Vidyalaya (Pammal)44 in 15.4 overs (Sonu Kumar three for 14) lost to Nellai Nadar 45 for one in 10.2 overs (Gowtham 30); Don Bosco ‘A’ (Egmore) 164 for five in 20 overs (Udhaya Krishna 40, Kiran Akash 35) bt Don Bosco ‘B’ (Egmore) 84 for three in 20 overs (Henry 33 n.o., Akram Khan 25 n.o.).

Athletics meet
