With two wins in four games, Delhi Daredevils may currently be fourth on the points table but captain J-P. Duminy is confident of the team gathering momentum in the next four games.

“We know we made a few errors, but we found a way to get the two points (against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Saturday),” Duminy said on arrival here on Sunday.

Delhi will take on Kolkata Knight Riders at the Ferozeshah Kotla on Monday, and Duminy is satisfied with the team’s outing so far in the tournament.

“We have sort of figured out our batting combination. Right now, it’s going good but who knows what the next few games hold.

“We have two of the best spinners in the competition and no matter what surface we play on, they are going to compete.

“We have quite a few options in the spin department and seam department as well, which gives us a well balanced bowling line-up,” Duminy said.

Duminy was all praise for the youngsters in the side, especially Mayank Agarwal and Shreyas Iyer.

“It’s moments like that win tournaments and big games and all credit to him for that performance,” Duminy said of Agarwal’s fielding against Hyderabad in the final over that saved a six and helped his team win by four runs.

Duminy hoped to see Shreyas in India colours soon. “I know he’s going to play for India one day. He’s a huge talent and a definite asset to the team.”
