Will air views during FDI debate, says Mulayam

Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh on Sunday said he would present his views on FDI in retail when the issue is debated in Parliament on December 4 and 5. He would most likely air his views on December 4.

Mr. Singh told reporters at his residence that a decision to vote on FDI in retail would be taken at the meeting of the SP Parliamentary Party.

It was due to relentless pressure the UPA government agreed to a debate on the subject, he said.
