In order to attract commuters and win over their confidence, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has decided to introduce the Vajra bus services under the concept of “Service @ Door step” from Hyderabad to Karimnagar and Godavarikhani towns, very soon.
According to an official release here today, the TSRTC said that the Vajra bus services would be operated from Dilsukhnagar to Karimnagar, KPHB to Karimnagar, Dilsukhnagar to Godavarikhani and Miyapur to Godavarikhani. The fares included ₹ 310 per adult for one journey from anywhere in Hyderabad to anywhere in Karimnagar town and ₹ 425 per head from Go-davarikhani to Hyderabad via B Power House and ₹440 for Godavarikhani to Hyderabad via 8 Incline, including service tax and toll tax.
The special features of Vajra mini AC buses includes a seating capacity of 21 seats, provided with GPS-enabled tab for real time bus tracking facility, comfortable luxury seats with push back facility, mobile charging facility, LCD TV, drinking water bottles and individual AC adjustment knobs. The advance reservation facilities for these bus services has been made available online at TSRTC portal, www.tsrtconline.in. Through specially designed mobile apps, the driver can issue the tickets through tab for the passengers in lieu of vacant seats.

The boarding points in Karimnagar town for Route 1 are Jyothinagar, Court chowrastha - Geetabhavan, Mankammathota, Bhagya nagar, Jyothinagar, Bank colony, Mancherial chowrastha, Gandhi Road, Karkhana gadda, Ashok nagar, Kapuwada, Housing board colony, Laxmi nagar, Kaman, Kothirampur and NTR statue. For Route 2 in Karimnagr town: Geetabhavan, Mankammathota, Ramnagar, Sapthagiri colony, Bypass, Ramchandrapur colony, Bhagath nagar, Tirumala nagar, Ganesh nagar, Kothirampur and NTR statue.
