Two students end life in separate incidents

In separate incidents, two tribal girls – an SSC student and a degree student - allegedly ended their lives in Tekulapalli mandal on Friday.

According to sources, E. Sandhya Rani, 15, an SSC student of Kuntala Zilla Parishad High School, allegedly committed suicide by setting herself ablaze at her home at Ramachandrapuram village .

Sources said that she abstained from the SSC second language examination held on Friday and eventually resorted to the extreme step, apparently due to health problems, sources added.

In another tragic incident, B. Indu Prasanna, 18, a degree first year student, allegedly ended her life by hanging herself from the ceiling fan at her home at Sulanagar in the same mandal on Friday afternoon.
