Students condemn Peshawar attack

PDSU activists taking out rally in Khammam against Pakistan terrorists firing on school children and killing 132 of them on Wednesday.

Students of various educational institutions formed a human chain at Aswaraopet in the district on Wednesday, as a mark of respect to the victims of the gruesome terrorist attack on a school in Pakistan’s Peshawar city.

Hundreds of students belonging to the local government high school and different educational institutions took part in the programme held at the Ring Road centre in the afternoon. Participants expressed their condolences to the bereaved families of schoolchildren and the staff members of a Peshawar-based school, those brutally killed by terrorists in Pakistan on Tuesday.

They raised slogans espousing the cause of global peace and universal brotherhood.

Adilabad Special Correspondent reports All the schools in Adilabad district on Wednesday observed a two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the victims of Peshawar school killed by terrorists in Pakistan the previous day. Homage was paid to the victim students and teachers at the start of the study hours. Students in Luxettipet, Jannaram, Chennur, Kasipet and Mandamarri also took out rallies.
