The MP asked the researchers to come up with suitable project proposals for a developmental study of historical sites in and around Warangal. He also urged them to record the history of tribals living in the area who have no script for their language.

Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR) Chairperson Y. Sudershan Rao said research should be undertaken not only at the national level, but at regional and local levels.
