MLA promises hostel for students

The Nizamabad (Rural) MLA Bajireddy Govardhan assured the Munnurukapu community people that he would make efforts for the construction of a hostel for students attached to the Kapu Sangham and sanction Rs.10 lakh from his constituency development fund for the purpose.

In reply to the felicitation done to him by the Munnurukapu Sangham at their Kalyanamandapam at Nyalkal road here on Sunday, he said he would also sanction fund for the widening of road from Varni Chowrasta to the function hall. The MK Sangham honoured elected representatives belonging to different political parties from its caste including the Zilla Parishad Chairman Dafedar Raju, the Mayor Akula Sujatha, Telangana State Mahila Congress president Akula Sujatha, five ZPTC members and three MPP presidents, nine Corporators, three councilors from Bodhan municipality, five from Armoor council and four from Kamareddy.

Akula Chinnaiah presided over the meeting. Community heads Bantu Balavardhi, Bantu Rajaiah, Dwaram Sailu were present.
