A 35-year-old man was allegedly killed by his father at Kanumukala village of Pochampally mandal in the early hours of Tuesday. The deceased was identified as Gattu Rajinikanth Reddy while his father was identified as Narsi Reddy, 60.
The police said that both of them had an argument over some trivial issue during the night when Narsi Reddy attacked his son with a pestle indiscriminately. It is learnt that both the father and son duo were inebriated condition when the incident took place. Narsi Reddy went straight to the police station and surrendered. A case has been registered.
