Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has sought setting up of Telangana mineral development corporation to exploit the immense mineral wealth for industrial use in the State.
The industrial policy of the State should be framed in a manner as to make best use of natural and human resources, he told a meeting on policy formulation on Thursday.
He recalled that the previous governments neglected the mines and mineral resources in Telangana . But, the Steel Authority of India recently came forward to set up a steel factory.
