Members of Telangana Writers’ Forum, Telangana Educated Forum and Telangana Joint Action Committee paid homage to the Telangana ideologue K. Jayashankar in connection with his 6th death anniversary by garlanding his statue at Kanteswar on Armoor Road on Wednesday.
Turlapati Lakshi (TWF), Asha Narayana (TEF) and Enisetti Shankar (Telangana JAC) were among those who paid homage to Jayashankar.
In a separate programme, the Backward Classes Samkshema Sangham led by Narala Sudhakar paid floral tributes at his portrait.
