Congress faults Chief Minister

Senior Congress leader and AICC secretary V. Hanumantha Rao said that it has become a habit for Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to blame the Congress every time the courts admonish the government for its decisions.

At a press conference here, Mr. Rao said it was the Chief Minister who declared that Backward Classes comprise 54% of the population as per the Intensive Household Survey, and now he is blaming Congress for seeking the same quantum of reservations for BCs in the panchayat elections.
