Officials said as this was an OMR-based examination, candidates should use only blue or black point pen to mark the answers. Use of whitener on OMR sheet will lead to disqualification of the answer sheet. After completion of the examination, candidate will be permitted to take the carbonless copy of the OMR answer sheet.

Biometric system is being introduced as a security measure to avoid impersonation. Also, left hand thumb impression of each candidate will be captured at the exam centre along with bar code printed on the hall-ticket in both morning and afternoon sessions. Details can be had on www.tspsc.gov.in .
