The Chief Secretaries of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana I.Y.R. Krishna Rao and Rajiv Sharma respectively will attend a meeting with senior Home Ministry officials on November 28 to discuss bifurcation issues. Sources said the meeting was convened mainly to discuss bifurcation of 107 institutions in Schedule Ten of AP Reorganisation Act which envisage that their management would vest with States where they were located.
