Naidu faults Telangana government’s stand on nativity issue.

The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet on Monday adopted a resolution urging the Centre to ensure that EAMCET counselling and admissions to professional colleges are conducted immediately.

Disclosing this to reporters , Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu hit out at the Telangana government for seeking postponement of EAMCET counselling. He said it was not correct as it affected lakhs of students. As many as 9.5 lakh students took EAMCET, he added.

Mr. Naidu said it was not for the Telangana government to decide on the nativity issue as there was a Presidential Order and six-point formula.
