IFFCO MD to visit Karimnagar today

The managing director of the Indian Farmers Fertilisers Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) and advisor to the Union government, U.S. Awastha, who is considered the ‘father of the Indian fertiliser industry,’ would be visiting Karimnagar town on Friday to participate in the golden jubilee celebration of IFFCO.

Mr. Awastha would be participating in the ‘cooperators and farmers meet’ at Padmanayaka Kalyana Mandapam in Karimnagar town, where progressive farmers and co-operators of integrated Karimnagar, Adilabad, Nizamabad, and Warangal would be attending the programme.

IFFCO director and Mulkanoor Co-operative Rural Bank and Marketing Society Ltd. chairman A. Praveen Reddy and TS Cooperative Apex Bank (TSCOB) chairman K. Ravinder Rao would also participate in the meeting.

On this occasion, IFFCO would felicitate 20 co-operators and progressive farmers.
