The Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation has set up a special cell to monitor the complaints filed by citizens through the Swachhata app. Mayor Nannapuneni Narender said this special cell would help address the problems of the people within the deadline. A deadline has been set for each type of complaint filed by the citizens. This monitoring cell would notify about a complaint to the officials of the department concerned and give them the details. All the complaints would be addressed in this way and with this monitoring cell in the Centre. “We will be able to monitor the progress of any complaint. We are taking all steps required to turn Warangal into a clean and green city and try to bag top position in the Swachh Sarvekshan competition,” Mayor N. Narender said.
