Training in security duty

The Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation plans to train 25,000 youth on skill development and make them employable. As part of the programme, it will impart training on security guard duty at AR Grounds here on January 21. Armed Reserve Police Force Deputy Superintendent of Police Arunachalam will supervise the training programme.

The corporation will train 250 men and women aged below 40 years with a qualification of VIII standard.

The selected candidates must undergo training in parade, physical exercise and technical training in the 20-day training programme.

After completion of the training session, they can take part in private job melas or join private security agencies.

Those interested may submit the application to the AR police office.
