Three Vachathi case accused surrender before court

Three employees of the Forest Department, accused in the Vachathi case, surrendered before the district court here on Tuesday.

Principal District Judge S. Kumaraguru on Monday issued arrest warrants against them after they did not turn up in the court on judgment day. The three told the court that they would present on Thursday when the verdict was to be delivered. Sources in the court said on Wednesday that the arrest warrants against them were withdrawn.
