Red sanders smuggler Mani Annan (54) who has links with international smugglers Kollam Gangi Reddy and Mukesh Badani, was arrested in New Delhi on Monday.

“Mani Annan has close links with a YSRC leader and red sanders smuggler of Chagalamarri, Mastan Vali and another smuggler Viswanath,” Rajampet DSP Aravind Babu said.
