A man was found dead under mysterious circumstances near Madurai bypass road under Kovilpatti West police limits on Saturday. Police personnel conducted enquiry about the incident after inspecting the spot. The deceased was identified as K. Ramesh (23) of Inam Maniyachi, an auto driver. However, no injury was found on his body, sources said. The body was taken to Kovilpatti Government Hospital for post mortem. Based on a complaint lodged by T. Karuthapandi (55), father of the deceased, Kovilpatti West police have filed a case under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. Investigation is on.
