Details of appeals against patta transfer orders posted on website

The details of appeals against patta transfer orders have been posted on the Vellore district website, vellore.nic.in in the PDF format.

According to a release from the District Collector R. Nanthagopal, the Revenue Divisional Officer is the appellate authority against orders issued by the taluk office, while the District Revenue Officer is the appellate authority against orders issued by the RDO. A total of 20, 40 and 65 appeals are pending disposal in the Vellore, Tirupattur and Ranipet divisions respectively, while 17 second appeals are pending with the DRO.

Petitioners whose appeals made against patta transfer orders in the RDO/DRO offices are missing in the list have been requested to approach the DRO/RDO in person and convey the information.
